Company Profile

We are polythene bag manufacturers, based in North Derbyshire, just outside Stockport. (Between Manchester and Sheffield). Kingpak is a family run business. The business was started by Jim and Paul King in September 1993.

In 2008, to compliment our manufacturing range and fully utilise our large premises we entered into contract packing work. We have the space, the staff and the resources to take on various packing, labelling/ re-labelling, assembly work, re-work etc. Single or multi component and all with a quick turnaround as we have the ability to work on jobs around the clock where necessary due to the nature of our packaging manufacturing (extrusion) business.

Navigating our website

The 'Manufacturing Process' page has pictures of the polythene film and bags being made, along with a brief explanation of the extrusion and conversion process which takes the product from its raw material form to finished polythene bag.

The 'Product Range' page gives an oversight into what type of bags we can manufacture and other products which we stock and supply. **Contract Packing** service now available. More details and pictured to be added.

The 'Offers and Information' page will be updated with any clearance lines or special offers on our products. It also has directions for how to find us and our planned holidays for the year.

The 'Feedback and Links' page gives a point for you to send us feedback on the site and our products and lists some websites which you may find of interest. None are associated with polythene bags!

Contact Information

The Sales office is open for business from Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 5.00pm. We close between 12.30pm and 1.30pm for lunch. On Fridays we are open from 8.30am to 11.30am.

Deliveries and collections can be made anytime during these hours, and sometimes outside these times by prior arrangement as the factory operates 24 hours.

The last slot for collections on Fridays is 11.15am as the warehouse closes at 11.30am. Please note that there are NO deliveries accepted during 12.30 to 1.30pm Monday to Thursday or at all on Fridays.
