Product Range Some examples of different types of bags which we manufacture are as follows. You can combine the types of bags we can make to suit your requirements. For example, a blue tinted bag with a bottom gusset punched twice with a printed safety warning notice and re-cycle logo in set repeat. Likewise, a block headed bag with four 6mm perf holes in set repeat for grocery/produce use. Contact us and we will help you decide what product best suits your application - Either from our stock lines or made to order. (Minimum order quantities are applicable for goods made to order).
Plain, clear food grade LD polybags. We hold a small selection of polythene bags in stock and manufacture most requirements to order because our turnaround is usually very quick. The 'stock range' of sizes is available in light duty, medium duty and heavy duty (Larger sizes only in heavy duty). These bags are packed into tough, plain yellow polythene wrappers. Sizes from 8"x10" upto 15"x20" have a punched out dispenser top for easy access to the polythene bags. (Like a tissue box). There is no reference to Kingpak on any labels or paperwork so the bags can be sold on without the need to re-label. Each pack has a plain, white computer generated label containing all information required for identification and traceability. Your order number, product code or bar code can be incorporated into the label for larger requirements.

These bags are ideal for general purpose use - From food use (Freezer, produce or confectionary bags etc.) to Industrial use. The polythene wrapping ensures that the bags take up little storage space and will not be affected by damp or wet conditions like conventional paper or cardboard outers. The dispenser packs mean that parcels do not have to be torn or cut open to get to the bags which avoids unnecessary waste. These bags and their wrappers are 100% made by us at our factory in the UK.

Plain and Printed Carrier Bags
There are two options with these carrier bags. Firstly, plain bags made from re-processed material. These are medium duty bags ideal for most general applications where company details are not required on the bags. The bags are held in stock. Colour of the bags can vary. Second; carrier bags made from prime grade polythene and printed with your company details/ logo. These are available as a standard white bag or a number of other colours. They are printed on either one or both sides with a design and ink colour of your choice. There is a one off charge for origination and printing plates, which is dependant on the quality of the artwork available. Minimum order quantity is 1000 bags, but it is more cost effective to order 5,000 and 10,000 quantities. The bags are ideal for retail, promotional or exhibition use where you want to promote your business or products. The bags are of a quality which ensures that they can be used again and again by your customer.
Stretch Film (hand rolls) The rolls are packed into cartons of 6 rolls per carton and palletised. We use the 17mu extended core for all of our wrapping requirements. We keep this size in stock and the other sizes are available to order.
The dimensions are Film width x Roll length x thickness. Extended refers to the core extending from the film so you can hold onto it whilst wrapping. Standard means the core is flush with the edge of the roll.
